The Digital Advisor will design and implement end-to-end automation solutions, provide technical leadership, and guide stakeholders through change. This role is critical to ensuring Optus Wholesale achieves its strategic objectives and embraces a Digital Everywhere mindset. What You’ll Do Review, document, and automate key business processes to deliver strategic, efficient solutions. Provide thought leadership in automation technologies, manage strategic solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption of automation products. Implement guidelines, standardize documentation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring Certified Advanced Developer & Solutions Architect (UiPath preferred), with strong knowledge of automation tools (Kryon, BluePrism), coding languages (Java, SQL), and BSS platforms. Proven ability to analyze and improve processes, with experience in agile delivery. Outstanding presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence collaborators.
