Front of House Duty Manager – Rottnest Island Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready for your next adventure? We’re looking for a passionate and professional Front of House Duty Manager to join our dynamic team on beautiful Rottnest Island. About the Role As a Duty Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth daily operations across our restaurant, kiosk, and Function Centre. You’ll lead by example – coaching, motivating, and supporting our Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.
