The Position Full-time role in a busy café preparing high-quality breakfast lunch light meals and café-style specials. Assist with daily food preparation including sandwiches salads baked goods and hot menu items. Maintain a clean safe and organised kitchen while complying with food safety hygiene and WHS standards. Monitor stock levels receive deliveries and support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Work closely with the team to deliver fast consistent service during peak periods. The Person Proven experience as a cook in a café or fast-paced food service environment (qualification not required). Solid knowledge of food safety allergen management and HACCP practices. Able to handle a variety of tasks from prep through to service with strong attention to detail and presentation. Reliable proactive and comfortable working under pressure during busy service times.
