Enterprise Account Executive – New Relic Australia We are a global team of innovators and pioneers dedicated to shaping the future of observability. We are expanding rapidly in Australia and looking for an accomplished, quota‑carrying sales professional to drive new logos and grow our strong Enterprise install base. What You’ll Do Responsible for Large, Enterprise Accounts and their subsidiaries in various industries Consistently achieve qualified opportunity and pipeline quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives Demonstrate ability to engage CXO level within an organization and present New Relic offerings Easily communicate the business impact of extraordinary software to both technical and business customers Passionately develop sales plans to strategically grow and expand accounts within an assigned geography Lead or enlist the support of others in the absence of formal authority Develop and implement strategic account plans in line with the overall strategy formulated by the VP/Director of the Region Proactively lead a joint company‑strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements for a one‑to‑three‑year period Execute a strategic plan for your accounts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings & revenue objectives Collaborate with the team to provide account management on enterprise customers, partnering with technical teams to support consumption growth, and participating in C‑level client engagements for complex solution positioning Partner with the partner team on new business plans to identify new opportunities, fully qualify them using value‑selling, and convert partner leads into net new logos Develop a strategy for long‑term success while building and managing your own book of business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 12+ years of sales experience, including at least 7 years in software sales 7+ years of demonstrated success in net‑new software sales at the enterprise level; experience selling six‑and‑seven‑figure deals and leading coordinated selling teams Deep, creative sales‑hunter skills with consistent pipeline growth QoQ Strong network and connections within Sydney conglomerates and large enterprises Technical background with a basic understanding of infrastructure and SaaS Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerPoint, Zoom) Proven consultative sales solution skills and ability to articulate clear ROI statements Strong time‑management, productivity, and teamwork in a fast‑paced, complex environment Passion for customer success and ability to sell a platform Bonus Points Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Observability, DevOps, or related cloud software Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
