HazardCo’s platform has become the go-to safety system for builders and tradies who don’t have time for paperwork but still need to stay compliant. It’s simple, practical, and trusted on thousands of job sites. And they’re growing fast. You’ll be joining the sales team in South Melbourne — taking a mix of warm inbound leads and expanding into your own territory. This isn’t “smile and dial.” It’s consultative, fast-paced selling in an industry that’s finally catching up to modern tech. Most of your calls will start with someone saying, “Yeah, I’ve heard of you guys.” Your job? Turn that interest into action. You’ll be running demos, handling trials, and helping builders get their first projects live. When they do, it sticks — the product has a 70%+ close rate , and usage explodes once they’re on board. It’s the kind of role where results come quickly, and so does earning. You’ll be coached by people who’ve been in the trenches, not just behind dashboards. You’ll see what good looks like, and you’ll grow fast.
