About Us Dot Humanity is an Australian-based Proprietary Limited Company established in 2020, that provides support to people with disability who have an NDIS Plan. We are a registered NDIS provider which means we work with people with disabilities under NDIA’s legislation and regulation, WA State Government, and NDS Quality and Safeguards Commission. About this role We are seeking a highly organised and compliant Bookkeeper to join our growing company in Osborne Park, WA. Please note: As a provider of Plan Management services, we operate under strict regulatory guidelines. We are looking for a professional who prides themselves on accuracy, financial integrity, and adherence to the Qualification and Professional Associations Required Documentation (the Guide). This role offers a unique opportunity to use your financial expertise to support the day‑to‑day lives of individuals with disability, ensuring their funding is managed efficiently so they can access the supports they need. As a Plan Management Bookkeeper, you will: Process invoices and claims for NDIS participants in strict accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. Reconcile accounts and manage Accounts Payable/Receivable functions. Liaise with participants, their nominees, and support coordinators regarding funding availability and invoice status. Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and NDIS legislation. Monitor and manage your caseload ensuring claims are processed within agreed timeframes. Contribute to quality improvement that enhances service delivery practice, processes, and systems. Ensure high‑quality record keeping, including competency with IT systems and the PRODA portal. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as directed by the Manager. About you (Mandatory Requirements) Due to the regulatory nature of Plan Management services, strictly no exceptions can be made regarding the following requirements. Qualifications Certificate III in Accounts Administration Diploma in Financial Planning Diploma of Accounting Advanced Diploma of Accounting Post Graduate Diploma with an accounting emphasis Tertiary Qualification Degree in Administration Banking and Finance Tertiary Qualification Degree in Accounting Tertiary Qualification Graduate Diploma in Accounting Tertiary Qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping Master’s degree with an accounting emphasis Professional Membership Association of Taxation and Management Accountants (ATMA) Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Association of Certified Bookkeepers (CBK) Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) CPA Australia (CPA) Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ) Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a National Police check, International Police check (if required), a current WA Working with Children Check, and the NDIS Worker Screening Check . Demonstrated computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with participants and providers. Preferred Experience in the NDIS sector, specifically within Plan Management. Knowledge of the NDIS Price Guide and PRODA portal. Proven flexibility, adaptability, and ability to respond and adjust quickly to changes in work demands.
