home_work Hybrid Posted 1 day ago About the role SJ&H Roofing Services is seeking a trustworthy and skilled Small Business Bookkeeper / Admin Coordinator to join our family business in Salisbury, Queensland, for a mid-to late-January 2026 start date. This is a casual part-time role with the opportunity to work flexible hours and some hours remotely. You will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations and contributing to our continued growth. Responsibilities Preparing regular financial reports and statements Managing and reconciling bank statements Handling payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable Preparing Quotations for customers and responding to customer phone and email enquiries Skills & Experience Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within a small business environment Strong working knowledge of small business practices and accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What we offer Flexible casual working hours (12 -1 8 hours per week) Competitive hourly rate plus Super, or work on ABN - your choice Hybrid role – mix of office and remote work A supportive and positive working environment.
