This is a customer‑facing role with genuine purpose: you’ll help people save money, reduce energy stress, and feel confident using renewable technology. You’ll build trust, educate customers, troubleshoot simple issues, and make expert recommendations that support better energy habits. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging one‑on‑one Momentum Sessions with customers after their installation Explain how their solar system works and how to maximise savings Provide simple, practical education around bills, monitoring apps, load‑shifting and energy usage Recommend better energy retailer options and usage patterns Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues so customers always have visibility of their system Resolve concerns with empathy and confidence Send follow‑up emails outlining next steps and key information Maintain accurate notes and customer records About You This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can communicate clearly and confidently.
