Customer Service Consultant ) Dandenong South, Melbourne, Australia About us Momentum has partnered with our client, a market leading manufacturer based in Dandenong South, to assist in finding their newest Customer Service Consultant This role is a full time (Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM) position, with the option to work two days from home each week. Hybrid Working Options (2 Days WFH) $70-80K + Super Excellent opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic business Free onsite parking Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and processing orders promptly via phone and email. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, as well as effectively handle inquiries related to products. Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain accurate customer information in our database and ensure timely reporting. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through open and interactive communication. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing and Operations, to meet customer needs. Communicate with internal departments and coordinate with them as needed. To be successful, you will possess the following: Previous experience in a B2B/B2C customer service role. Experience in Supply Chain and an understanding of sales, distribution and logistics in a warehouse environment. Experience in prompt and accurate processing of orders and enquiries via inbound calls and email. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge. Familiarity with CRM systems such as ERP Microsoft D365, Aspect or similar.
