Employment Type: Temporary Full Time - Up until 4 August 2024 Position Classification: Health Manager Level 1 Remuneration: Commencing $81, Hours Per Week: 38 Responsibilities Responsible for the prompt and effective allocation, thorough analysis and / or composition of ministerial and Chief Executive correspondence. The role entails promptly receiving, logging, condensing, and sending out high level correspondence and managing workflow to guarantee timely completion and meet strict deadlines in line with Ministry and Local Health District standards. About you Providing excellent customer service in a high volume and demanding professional team environment where there are competing priorities and strict deadlines requiring high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Working in a demanding, busy environment where there are competing demands and tight deadlines. Review and determine appropriate action for any queries / issues that may arise.
