We’re seeking an experienced Administration Allrounder to help keep our freight paperwork organised and entered in the various systems. What You’ll Be Doing Providing a broad range of administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and document preparation Creating and processing manifests Serving as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is readily accessible Supporting the wider administrative team as needed What You’ll Bring 2+ years\' experience in a similar administration role High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Computer literacy including intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and the confidence to learn new systems when required Proven ability to work efficiently and thoroughly in a busy environment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Exposure to transport, supply chain or logistics industry (favourable, however not essential) What’s on Offer A stable role with an iconic Australian transport company Monday to Friday role with minimal weekends Opportunities for growth in a company that promotes from within Work with a tight-knit, supportive operational team Be part of a business that values safety, communication and doing things properly Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
