ABOUT THE ROLE As Customer Service Supervisor you will contribute to leading the customer service and sales of your location. You will manage the activities of the Rental Services Officers in your team and provide assistance to the Branch Manager. You will take pride in contributing to your branch and promote warm and welcoming customer service. Your responsibilities include: Supervise the activities of the customer service team Demonstrate best practice, motivate and develop team members to succeed Assist to ensure targets are met and exceeded Customer service at the car rental counter Handle customer bookings, phone and email inquiries Cross-sell products and services Check rental contract completion by rental staff and provide feedback ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidate will be flexible and enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will be able to demonstrate, or quickly develop, the following skills and attributes: Delegation and influence Strong business communication – written and verbal Ability to identify customer needs and make sales Developed time management and organisational skills Employee Benefits Hourly Pay plus overtime and shift loadings Earned wage access - on-demand access to wages before payday Ongoing training and development - utilise our global network’s wealth of knowledge Incentive scheme for sales achievements & excellent customer service results Employee and “family & friends” discounts on car rental globally Access to hundreds of discounts and offers on health insurance, gym memberships, home loans, movie tickets and much more Various avenues of assistance available to help you achieve your career goals via external training programs and professional development courses You must have a valid Driver's Licence .
