Flexi Personnel is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor (Luggage Trolleys) at Melbourne Airport, Tullarmarine. This a full time role with a lucrative salary package. The role is to work alongside, supervise and lead a team of 10-20 staff in the collection and return of luggage trolleys in all areas of the Airport. The Customer Service Supervisor will follow the direction of the Manager while working alongside them. The Customer Service Supervisor should also courteously assist customers and the general public with inquiries. You will be required to assist with other products and services offered at their location, such as attended baggage storage. Rotating roster across each month (example) 2 weekends on 2 Weekends off Week 1 - Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday- 12pm -10pm Week 2 - Monday Friday Saturday Sunday 12pm -10pm Week 3 Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 5am - 3pm Week 4 Monday Friday Saturday Sunday 5am - 3pm DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Collect Trolleys from designated areas and return to Trolley collection areas. Meet any customer needs in relation to any additional product offering at your location. Return any found lost property to the appropriate department. Other duties as directed, provided adequate training has been given. Monitor the activity of assigned work areas, including cleaning, allocating workers or scheduling roundups if required, to ensure a high level of service to meet the varying demands and key performance indicators. Perform daily inspection checks of all equipment and documentation where such systems are in place. Perform daily checks of specified areas and ensure that the teamwork in line with the task assigned for each shift. Requirements - non negotiables This role is suitable for a candidate whom has previous leaderships experience. Must be able to 24k steps a day.
