Customer Service Supervisor – Part Time Salary: $77,780 - $83,141 per annum pro-rata Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply) 25 hours per week Ref No: Are you an energetic and team focused person with experience in leading a team to deliver excellent customer service? Join the team at Craigie Leisure Centre You will be responsible for supervising customer service operations, responding to customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and friendly manner and training the customer service team to deliver an excellent experience. The successful applicant will have demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, experience in supervising and leading a team in a customer service environment and demonstrated experience in point of sale software management systems. The work pattern includes a seven day fortnight with shifts between 4:45am – 9:30pm and includes a span of three and four consecutive days off. Demonstrated communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, to positively manage customer relationships.
