ROSTER 5:2 Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm (This role is residential, not FIFO) PACKAGE Salary + Performance Bonus + Residential Allowance + Site Allowance + Insurance + Private Health + Gym Membership Discount + Other Benefits ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor – Logistics to lead our logistics administration function, supporting key operational services including accommodation, flights, vehicles, canteen operations, uniforms and general office administration. This role provides leadership, structure and consistent service delivery to ensure high-quality support for both FIFO and residential workforce requirements. You will work closely with all internal departments and external service providers to deliver efficient, compliant and customer-focused logistics services. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Oversee logistics processes including accommodation, flights, vehicles, uniforms, canteen and general office administration. Manage company housing, camp rooms and rentals, ensuring allocations, housekeeping and records are accurate and well maintained. Coordinate all employee flight bookings and changes in line with rosters and approval requirements. Supervise company light-vehicle allocations, rentals, compliance and reporting. Oversee canteen operations, meal counts, invoicing, hygiene checks and service quality. Manage uniform fittings, ordering, stock levels and supplier coordination. Support office operations including supplies, repairs, utilities, cleaning and contract management. Monitor logistics expenditure, identify savings and support cost-control initiatives. Lead and support the logistics administration team, ensuring high-quality service and a positive, team-focused work environment. ABOUT YOU 3–5 years’ experience in administration or logistics roles, ideally within mining or site-based operations. Experience coordinating workflows, service delivery or supporting a small team. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability.Competency with MS Office and general systems used in admin/logistics environments. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with sound judgement. BENEFITS Permanent full-time role with immediate start. Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances. Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum. Fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or allowance up to $4.8k. Receive up to 10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary. $2.4k allowance to put towards your choice of Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance. Pro-rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.
