Performance Content Creator / Videographer (Meta Ads & TikTok) Full‑Time — Melbourne 2+ Years Experience or Proven Success In Similar Role. We’re looking for a creative-performance unicorn — someone who can produce scroll‑stopping short‑form ads AND understands how creative drives performance on Meta & TikTok. At Prestige Surfaces , we transform stone, decks, pavers and high‑end surfaces daily. You’ll be on‑site with us capturing transformations and turning them into high‑performing ads watched by millions . Our ad accounts are heavily creative‑led — your work will directly influence performance and spend . Responsibilities TikTok/Meta style short‑form editing Shooting on professional mirrorless/DSLR cameras Shooting with iPhone for social‑native content Drone operation (cinematic flyovers + before/after reveals) Making transformation content extremely satisfying Hook‑first storytelling Fast, consistent editing + multiple weekly concepts Producing UGC‑style and direct‑response creative Follow our team to high‑end homes + shoot on real jobs Capture before/after + cinematic transformation content Edit 5–30 second ad creatives each week Build and maintain a high‑quality clip library Test new concepts, hooks, angles and formats Optional: Run our Meta/TikTok ad accounts end‑to‑end (We primarily want a CREATIVE weapon — but if you can do both, huge bonus.) Bonus Skills (Not required but BIG plus) Experience with DTC or performance brands Understanding of Meta/TikTok ad structures & metrics Able to script simple, punchy ad concepts Comfortable analysing creative performance To Apply — Send Us Your portfolio or showreel (short‑form work preferred) Examples of ads you’ve created (UGC, TikTok, Reels, DTC style) Your experience (brands you’ve worked with + your role) Optional: Any Meta/TikTok ad results you’ve contributed to We’ll only consider applicants who provide examples of previous work.
