Aury Australia is a global equipment supplier to the mineral processing industry. Aury Australia specialises in and supplies a complete range of high-quality vibrating screens & consumable products for the mining and mineral processing industries. Due to experiencing significant growth in Western Australia, Aury Australia is seeking an energetic and team orientated Mechanical Tradesperson . The role will report to the WA Branch Manager. The role will be predominately workshop based in Bassendean with a requirement to travel within Western Australia to undertake site based servicing and maintenance of Vibrating screens & consumable products. It is important that the successful candidate is able to commit to the site based shutdown workload when required. You will be offered an attractive remuneration package in line with your experience and skills including; Above award wages ($42-46 per hour) Site Allowance ($20 per hour) Position Requirements Ensure sufficient task analysis is completed to carry work out safely. Provide service and customer support during site visits. Review drawings and specifications to determine suitable parts are fit for purpose. Fitting fabricated parts into machines and equipment. Quality assurance inspections including checking machined tolerances and clearances using precision measuring instruments. Fault finding and performing maintenance on machines, and overhauling and repairing mechanical parts on vibrating equipment Assemble and installation of vibrating equipment in workshop and on site. Manage all on site installation, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose issues or technical problems and determine solutions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Essential Skills and experience Mechanical Trade qualification with Certificate of Proficiency Working at Heights Certificate Confined Space Certificate High risk work license - Forklift Hold a current Australian C Class drivers license Desirable skills and experience Vibrating Screen Maintenance experience would be an advantage.
