As we continue expanding into new markets and launching exciting product ranges, we’re looking for a creative, proactive Marketing & Creative Assistant to join our growing team. If you love content creation, design, and working across multiple brands, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns and new product launches across multiple brands. Help draft and schedule marketing emails (EDMs) and maintain the content calendar. Organise and maintain digital asset libraries, brand files, and marketing folders. Prepare presentations, style guides, mood boards, and visual concepts. Content Creation & Social Media Assist in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. Shoot basic photo/video content — product shots, flat-lays, reels & lifestyle clips. Edit content using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite. Help schedule and publish posts across all channels. Engage with online communities via comments, DMs and interactive responses. Website & Retail Support Update and maintain website content (images, banners, descriptions). Assist with retailer portal updates and marketing asset uploads. Support marketing requirements for Bunnings, Woolworths, and US retail partners. General Coordination Provide admin support to ensure smooth marketing & creative operations. Assist the broader marketing and design team on day-to-day tasks and special projects. Help coordinate timelines across teams; Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure marketing materials are delivered on schedule. Assist with organising photoshoots, sample management, and internal product reviews. Assist with coordinating product launches, expos, range reviews, and retail presentations. Who You Are Creative, hands-on and eager to learn. Passionate about branding, content, and visual storytelling. Confident using digital tools and willing to get in front of the camera when needed. A team player who can also take initiative and work independently. Someone with a positive attitude excited to grow with a business scaling globally. Design background or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Basic content shooting or editing experience. SEO / Google Ads awareness. Interest in photography or video editing design background/knowledge preferred. Comfortable in front of the camera Comfortable using scheduling & project management platforms such as Later, Asana, Monday etc. Ai Programs - Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc What We Offer: Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career progression within the company.
