Edinburgh College is seeking to employ a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the team at their Secondary campus. This is a permanent, part-time position (38 hours per week over 45 weeks of the year) to commence on 21 January 2026. The Receptionist/Administration Assistant is responsible for providing reception and administrative support to the school and its community in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect the College’s mission, Christian values and reputation. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors and maintain a professional and friendly reception environment. Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and deliveries. Maintain accurate student attendance records, visitor registers, and key school databases. Provide comprehensive administrative support to school leadership through scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks. Support Child Safe compliance processes. Manage staff timesheet submissions. Assist with first aid and ensure staff training records remain current and up to date. Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desirable). Proficient IT skills including Google and Microsoft suites. Valid Working With Children Check. Australian Driver Licence.
