If this sounds like you, come and join us About The Role Lead the Future of B2B Products at Vocus As our Product General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Vocus B2B product portfolio and its P&L performance. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll set product strategy, define unique value propositions, craft exceptional customer experiences, and deliver profitable growth. Reporting to the B2B GTM Executive, you’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from strategy and pricing to development roadmaps and execution—while collaborating closely with Technology and other key functions to ensure seamless delivery. You’ll set clear expectations for portfolio performance, manage product evolution (including exits), and represent Vocus at customer, partner, and industry forums. The position is hybrid and requires travel to customer, partner, and industry forums. What You'll Be Responsible For Set and own the B2B product portfolio strategy, translating Vocus’ corporate vision into a clear roadmap that drives profitable growth and market leadership. Lead and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering best practices and attracting top talent. Manage product performance to achieve commercial, operational, and customer experience targets, balancing resources and priorities effectively. Simplify and optimize the portfolio, ensuring strong positioning, market coverage, and differentiation to unlock growth opportunities. Drive governance and stakeholder alignment, providing transparent reporting and escalating risks for timely decisions. Develop innovative products and solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and open new market opportunities. Align product roadmaps with go-to-market plans, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for seamless execution. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Vocus security and operational standards. Execute product exit strategies that balance revenue risk, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes, reducing time-to-market across the portfolio. Influence senior leaders and advocate for products in executive forums, reporting on performance, market trends, and strategic shifts. What You'll Bring To The Role 10+ years’ experience in product management and leadership roles. Proven expertise in product strategy, lifecycle management, and development. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L outcomes. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Experience in portfolio simplification, pricing strategies, and governance. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable.
