Global Chief of Staff at JSHealth Vitamins JSHealth Vitamins is a leading, science-focused wellness brand creating targeted formulas to help our community feel their best. As we continue to grow across Australia, the US, UK, and EU, we're seeking a strategic, process-driven General Manager, Product to lead our end-to-end product function. You’ll bring structure, operational excellence, and strategic oversight across new product development (NPD), manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and quality – ensuring JSHealth continues to deliver world-class products our community trusts. You’ll also partner closely with leaders in Retail, Marketing, and Operations to align product and channel strategies that drive growth and brand success. About You You're an experienced product and operations leader with deep expertise in regulated consumer health, vitamins, supplements, or FMCG. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. You know how to bring process, clarity, and collaboration to complex, multi‑market operations. You’ll bring 8+ years’ experience in product, operations, or manufacturing leadership within vitamins, supplements, FMCG, or adjacent regulated industries. Experience working with or within retail environments, aligning product and channel performance. Strong understanding of GMP principles, supplier management, and product lifecycle management. Knowledge of regulatory compliance across Australia, the US, UK, and EU (TGA, FDA, MHRA, EFSA, FSANZ). Proven success leading cross‑functional teams with empathy, accountability, and operational excellence. Track record of building structured NPD processes and delivering successful launches. Strength in manufacturing partnerships, cost optimisation, and quality control. Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills. A genuine passion for health, wellness, and creating products that help people feel their best. What You’ll Do Lead and optimise end‑to‑end product operations across manufacturing, quality, and compliance. Partner with the Founder and NPD team to strengthen process and structure while supporting creativity and innovation. Oversee product lifecycle management, reformulations, and regulatory updates. Manage global contract manufacturers for quality, on‑time delivery, and cost efficiency. Oversee compliance across all regions and maintain world‑class GMP and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement across production and quality operations. Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the Product team. Partner cross‑functionally with Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless launches and commercial alignment.
