About the role Platform Advisory Partners is experiencing rapid growth and looking to add an Analyst / Associate to take a hands-on role across all client and transactional interactions. Responsibilities Review our clients’ growth plans, strategy and transaction requirements Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative financial, valuation, product and industry analysis Development of key transaction documents (e.g. information memorandum, investor presentations and financial models) Undertake market research to identify potential investors and acquirers Build relationships with senior executives, venture capital funds, high net worth individuals and family offices to assess their interest in pursuing opportunities Prepare reports for the evaluation of transaction terms Actively engage in the management of the due diligence processes Liaise with the legal, accounting and/or tax advisors of our clients Ideal background Have experience in management consultancy, strategic consultancy, M&A, equity capital markets, or transactional services. Excel under pressure and have the ability to adhere to strict timeframes while working collaboratively Have a strong interest in technology, business model generation, strategic execution and commercial transactions. Have strong financial modelling skills Ability to digest information and distil key points succinctly Hold an excellent academic record Most importantly be a team player with clear alignment to our values If you are excited about this opportunity, we look forward to meeting you.
