This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.88FTE), 67 hours per fortnight. About the Role As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the school, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Reporting to the Principal or their delegate, you will work collaboratively with staff to support the school's daily operations. Key responsibilities include: Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, toilet facilities, and shared spaces. Maintaining outdoor areas, including sweeping, hosing, and rubbish disposal. Performing floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and polishing. Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained for daily use. Reporting safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the Principal or Business Manager. This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to a positive school environment.
