Check minimum HSE requirements and monitoring of the Contractors’ performance. Liaise with site team for control of HSE documentation. Organize internal HSE Audits, inspections with Contractors and Sub-Contractors in order to verify the effectiveness of the HSE Management System. Maintain compliance reporting of internal audit, client audit, external audit & tracking system. Carry out visits to site in order to eliminate or reduce the risks of occupational health and safety and / or environmental in the worksites activities. Implement the HSE management system to ensure compliance with regulations and standards during the O&M phase of energy storage plants. Conduct HSE training for frontline personnel and contractors, promoting the implementation of a safety culture. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE-related functions. Experience in energy storage, PV, or power industry is preferred. Familiar with basic safety knowledge of battery containers, high-voltage systems, fire protection systems, etc. Proficient in risk assessment (JSA/RA), incident investigation, and work permit management. Good communication and execution skills; willingness to travel or work on-site.
