Process Specialist Would you like to shape efficient processes and customer excellence at a global company? At Maersk Container Industry (MCI), we are now looking for a Process Specialist to join our Order Fulfillment team in Tinglev, Southern Denmark. Our core business is the design and manufacturing of the world’s most energy-efficient reefer containers, ensuring global trade keeps moving while reducing environmental impact. In this role, you will play an important part in strengthening our collaboration with service providers and workshops worldwide. By developing efficient and smooth processes, you will help secure a positive customer experience and create impact across our supply chain. Working in close collaboration with colleagues across departments, you will also contribute to innovation and continuous improvements within MCI. Your key responsibilities As Process Specialist, you will report directly to the Manager of Order Fulfillment and be part of a dedicated team of seven colleagues handling freight, import, returns, and process optimization. Together, you will ensure seamless order flows and reliable spare part returns for customers of MCI and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: Managing, driving, and developing spare part return processes Implementing and leading improvement projects within spare part return Supporting operations and handling customer enquiries Analyzing and optimizing supply chains Interacting and collaborating with customers and departments across MCI (e.g., R&D, Quality) Working with large data sets – several thousand spare part returns monthly – with both attention to detail and a helicopter perspective to identify optimization opportunities What we are looking for To succeed in this role, you are detail-oriented, analytical, and structured, with the ability to handle large data sets while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by optimizing processes that make a real difference for customers and colleagues. Your educational background can vary, but could include: Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations Management Economics or Business Administration with focus on Operations, SCM, or Process Management Data Analytics (with supply chain/process experience) You bring 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or operations. Experience from other industries is also welcome. English language is mandatory. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement. The position is based in Tinglev. Why join us?
