Senior Accessibility Liaison Officer Base pay: A$94,000–A$106,000 per year (APS6). Salary is based on skills and experience. Superannuation contribution: 15%. Role overview The Senior Accessibility Liaison Officer reports to the Assistant Director Accessibility and User‑Centred Design, contributing to a team that designs and implements improvements to the Tribunal's processes, ensuring they are user‑focused and accessible. Responsibilities Apply co‑design principles to develop and refine digital and physical services. Collect, analyse and act on user feedback. Coordinate stakeholder engagement and community outreach activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on the design of website and internal systems. Ensure accessibility compliance and facilitate inclusive design solutions. Qualifications Essential Strong communication skills, ability to convey complex information clearly, persuasive recommendations and adaptability to diverse audiences. Established capacity to build productive relationships with stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes. Proven capacity to deliver results, identify improvement opportunities, develop creative solutions and manage risks appropriately. Passion for accessibility and inclusion with commitment to user experience. Australian citizenship required. Australian Federal Police Check and Health Assessment required. Desirable Relevant tertiary qualifications or expertise in accessibility, service design or user experience, including User‑Centred Design methodologies.
