Head of Digital Growth | Drive Results & Dominate Wellness Olympia Massage Chairs – Nerang, QLD $150,000 + Performance Bonuses + Growth Rewards About the Role This is a defining opportunity for a bold, high-performance digital leader ready to own results and drive measurable growth. Based at Olympia’s Nerang headquarters, you’ll take full control of our digital ecosystem — building, executing, and optimising strategies that make Olympia Australia’s #1 name in wellness technology. You’ll oversee and personally influence every performance channel, from Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok to SEO, retargeting, and automation, creating digital dominance across the wellness category. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimise Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Shopping campaigns for growth and ROI Build retargeting and remarketing funnels that convert attention into repeat sales Drive SEO performance, keyword authority, and organic traffic leadership Oversee brand creative direction and ensure cohesive, conversion-focused messaging that gets results Collaborate with and hold agencies accountable for measurable performance outcomes Integrate data and lead flow through HubSpot Marketing Enterprise for tracking, nurturing, and reporting Analyse, test, and scale campaigns daily — moving fast to maximise revenue and reach Identify and lead new growth opportunities in emerging wellness categories About You 5+ years of hands‑on digital growth or performance marketing experience Proven eCommerce results across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, SEO, and retargeting Strong command of HubSpot Marketing Enterprise and marketing automation is desirable Analytical, creative, and commercially minded — thrives on seeing the metrics move Confident working with agencies and internal stakeholders at a leadership level Unafraid to test bold ideas and execute with precision and speed Passionate about wellness, innovation, and building market leaders What’s in it for You $150K base + performance bonuses tied directly to growth outcomes Full autonomy and authority to build and execute digital strategy end-to-end Collaborate directly with founders and senior leadership on national growth plans Lead digital performance for a respected Australian wellness brand Work from Nerang HQ in a fast‑paced, forward‑thinking environment Why Olympia Olympia is an Australian‑owned brand redefining the wellness industry through intelligent technology and innovation.
