Reward Lead Join to apply for the Reward Lead role at Vocus . In this role you will own and deliver the overall reward strategy, balancing day‑to‑day operations and key project initiatives to keep our reward programs competitive and aligned with business priorities. You will also lead new reward initiatives that support business transformation and employee experience. Responsibilities Lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of the overall reward strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness and organisational growth. Plan, manage and execute all cyclical reward activities, including annual remuneration reviews, bonus programs, salary survey participation and WGEA reporting. Deliver strategic reward projects such as contributing to the development of a new People & Culture strategy and enhancing the existing bonus plan. Benchmark roles across the organisation to ensure alignment with internal career structures and the overall reward strategy; maintain ownership of the job structure within the HRIS (Dayforce). Provide reward expertise during business acquisitions, mergers and restructures, ensuring seamless integration of reward frameworks. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of benchmarking methodologies; experience with Mercer IPE is advantageous. Experience in reward transformation projects, including pay grades, business restructuring programmes and bonus plan delivery. Experience preparing board papers and presentations for executives. Knowledge of executive remuneration is advantageous. Understanding of basic HRIS design, information risk and security, with experience running remuneration reviews in an HRIS; knowledge of Dayforce is advantageous.
