We handle utility metering and Automated Meter Reading services for some of Australia's biggest energy retailers, property management firms and embedded network providers and operators. Spanning from inhouse metering and communications hardware production to managing Automated Meter Reading through our custom built software platform and onsite data team, we are a multifaceted business engaged in operations connecting energy, information and data. About the Role We are looking for a sharp and detail focused Project Coordinator to join our Operations Team and provide key support to our national utility metering roll out. The position will involve liaising with the project management teams of some of the biggest energy retailers in the country, developers, construction firms and contractors to ensure the seamless delivery, and commissioning of our custom built IoT metering hardware. You will be working with a suite of internal systems and tools to stay on top of the day to day delivery of multiple consecutive projects across the country, including stock and inventory management systems and project management platforms - most notably Jira. This role is typically performed in an office environment and may involve travel to various project sites and locations to liaise with our national field technician teams. About You The ideal candidate will be someone who already has a working knowledge of liaising with contractors and project management teams in a construction and/or energy industry context. The role requires strong attention to detail and management of complex information in a fast paced environment where multitasking abilities are a must. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be in daily use in managing client and contractor relationships. Computer literacy and competency in the Microsoft suite will be required and prior exposure to Jira will be strongly preferred. This is a full time Monday to Friday onsite role initially, with the scope to move to a hybrid arrangement. Competitive salary and bonus package.
