An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and charismatic person to join the team at 24fit Port Pirie as Gym Manager. Expected Maternity leave cover is 12 months. It is a Casual time position with of 15-20 hours expected per week. 24fit's mission is to make SA the happiest and healthiest place on Earth. Job tasks and responsibilities Our gym managers are responsible for ensuring that we are providing a welcoming, positive environment for all our members. The tasks include, but are not limited to: Managing membership software and database Inducting and welcoming new members Instruct group fitness classes Help promote the gym and drive membership growth with marketing initiatives Coordinating weekly checklists and paper work Liaison with Operations Manager Community engagement and promotion Maintaining gym cleanliness and hygiene to 24fit standards Skills and experience They can work well in a team environment They are outgoing and enjoy building relationships with a diverse group of people. Have a good attention to detail Have a passion for health and fitness and enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
