Group Sector Digital Lead

About the Role As a Group Sector Lead – Digital, you'll lead the strategic direction of digital delivery across your Sector Group, driving innovation, consistency, and best‑practice use of Revit, BIM practices, and cloud‑based collaboration tools. You will support project teams, influence senior stakeholders, and champion digital excellence. In this role, you will: Lead the strategic implementation of Revit, BIM, and digital standards across projects Oversee development, adoption, and auditing of digital processes and documentation Approve and manage BIM deliverables, including BIM Execution Plans Partner with Project Leaders and Principals on digital resourcing and compliance Provide training, coaching, and capability uplift for technical teams and leaders Engage with emerging technologies and prepare business cases for adoption Support commercial decisions, including fee planning and contract reviews Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal teams Contribute to sector strategy, business development, and continuous improvement Play an active role in team wellbeing, performance, culture, and leadership About You You are an experienced digital design leader with strong technical capability in Revit model management/BIM management and a proven ability to influence and deliver digital strategy across complex projects. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and enjoy lifting capability across teams.
