About the Role As the HR Business Partner for ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business priorities. Acting as both a connector and hands‑on implementer, you will advise leaders across functions and regions while delivering practical solutions on the ground. You will report into the Head of People, for DoorDash International. This is a hybrid role with 3 days spent in Office and 2 days remote. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning local execution with global people strategies. Partner with leaders to drive organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Manage complex employee relations cases with calm, confidence, and credibility. Design and deliver talent strategies that directly support commercial outcomes. Leverage people analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive action. Champion culture, values, and DEI initiatives across ANZ. We’re excited about you because you have… 7+ years in HR, including HR business‑partnering roles. Strong business acumen and ability to influence across complex, matrixed environments. Experience in change management, team scaling, and high‑growth or restructuring contexts. Strong expertise in Australian employment law (New Zealand experience a plus). Demonstrated ability to report on HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
