About the Role As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the full operational function of the team and properties for sale, ensuring seamless execution across listings, sales, client service, marketing, and internal processes. You will work closely with Mitch to drive performance, maintain brand excellence, and support the team’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day team operations across sales, marketing, and administration Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability, communication, and systems alignment Oversee compliance, contracts, CRM management, and workflow optimisation Manage marketing campaigns and uphold brand standards across all channels Identify operational improvements and implement scalable systems Provide strategic support to Mitch and act as second-in-charge across the business About You Proven experience in the real estate industry (essential) Strong leadership capability with demonstrated experience managing people or teams Exceptional organization, systemisation, and time-management skills Strong work ethic with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset High attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to thrive within a high-volume, high-expectation environment Tech-savvy, CRM proficient, and comfortable implementing new processes Why Join Us?
