The Opportunity: Our award-winning dealership seeks a positive, confident, and sales-driven individual to join the Finance and Insurance Team. We are committed to helping customers secure the best financing and insurance options. You will represent the world's leading brand - VW. Complete training, support and guidance throughout the training period and beyond. Duties: Sales of Finance Products: Present and sell financing options to customers. Explain terms and conditions clearly and effectively. Insurance Sales: Offer and explain various insurance products. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records of all financial and insurance transactions. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest finance and insurance products and services. Provide customers with knowledgeable and up-to-date information. Team Work: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer journey. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or finance industry (but not essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse financial information and credit reports. High level of customer service and relationship-building skills. Have a 'Customer First' and 'Can Do' attitude.
