About the Role We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sydney team—someone who thrives on managing campaigns end‑to‑end and building trusted partnerships with clients. You’ll own the day‑to‑day management of integrated projects across content, activations, events, social and more, working closely with creatives, strategists, rights holders and clients to bring fan‑first ideas to life, ensuring they’re delivered with impact, precision and polish. Responsibilities Client & Campaign Management Manage the delivery of projects across multiple channels from brief to execution Build strong relationships with clients, rights holders, and partner agencies Contribute to creative briefing, campaign evaluation, and post‑implementation reviews Project Leadership & Operations Ensure seamless project delivery through strategic coordination and effective collaboration across internal creative, sponsorship, and events teams Own budgets, timelines, scopes and vendor management across assigned projects Coordinate on‑ground activations, ambassadors, content shoots, and production partners Ensure brand guidelines, legal requirements, and internal processes are followed at all stages Strategic & Creative Support Support idea generation and insight application across campaigns Contribute to competitive reviews, credentials, and new business development Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and consultants to deliver fan‑led, insight‑driven work Team & Culture Contribution Guide and mentor vocational placement students on best practice client management Champion sustainability by recommending low‑impact alternatives for events and activations Contribute to showcasing Gemba’s work through credentials, case studies and social channels About You Experience 1–2 years in account management, sponsorship, or advertising Previous agency experience preferred Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in sport, entertainment or media A solid understanding of the Australian sponsorship landscape Skills Strong communication and relationship‑building across all levels Excellent project management, multitasking, and attention to detail Proficient with tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Monday.com, Salesforce, and CRM platforms Confident briefing creatives, presenting, managing production, and overseeing budgets and timelines Mindset Solutions‑focused, collaborative, and unflappable under pressure Curious and commercial, with a deep understanding of fans and culture Passionate about great work, great people, and great outcomes Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time, on budget, and to brief Clients who trust your leadership and love the work Campaigns that drive real fan engagement and business impact How to Apply If you’re ready to make an impact and take the next step in your career, click Apply and submit your CV and cover letter.
