Permanent Part Time Payroll and HR support Officer A Group of companies operates in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, providing general practitioner services. Our organisation is rapidly growing. We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and experienced Payroll Officer to support our growth and assist with payroll processing, HR onboarding, and reporting. Responsibilities End-to-end processing of weekly payroll for all employees and doctors Ensure compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation within payroll system Maintain employee records, leave entitlements, and check timesheets Process superannuation, PAYG, and other statutory requirements Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed Respond to employee queries regarding payroll matters HR support as required, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding of staff, recruitment, admin etc Requirements Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a payroll position Flexible work arrangements are available upon arrangement Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance Experience with the Health Support and Nurses awards and industry-specific requirements (preferred) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
