About the Centre Milestones Early Learning Forest Lakes Centre is located on Joseph Banks Avenue, close to public transport and shops, fostering a vibrant multicultural community of staff, children and families. About the Role Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets. Create long‑lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and using your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service. Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards. About You A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification. Strong experience in a Centre Manager role. A current Working with Children’s Check. Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
