About the Centre Milestones Early Learning Aspley is situated in the heart of Aspley, with ample public transport and shopping outlets. Our centre has two separate buildings that cater for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We are proud to offer large, natural play spaces, age-appropriate equipment in each yard and full of opportunity to learn and discover nature. We are looking for a dynamic and fun Centre Manager to complete our Leadership Team for 2026. About the Role Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets. Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service. Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification Strong experience in a Centre Manager role A current Working with Children’s Check Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard Why work for Affinity?
