About the Role As our Learning & Development Advisor,you’ll design and deliver blended learning programs that combine eLearning, interactive webinars, and face-to-face workshops. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, external partners, and industry experts to create engaging, measurable training solutions that drive real behavioural change. Key Responsibilities Develop and facilitate blended learning programs (eLearning, webinars, workshops). Create interactive content using tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate. Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS). Partner with RTOs to deliver accredited training programs. Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor programs to business needs. What We’re Looking For Experience in training facilitation (face-to-face and virtual). Strong instructional design skills and adult learning expertise. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Proficiency in eLearning development tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of AI-driven learning solutions and digital trends. Diploma in L&D, Education, HR, or related field. Work in a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment. Flexible work arrangements (WFH one day per week). Opportunities for interstate travel and networking with industry leaders.
