Job Description Now, about this role… If you love: Australian businesses and have a passion for supporting SMEs to achieve amazing outcomes Operating in a team‑first environment where risk and relationship work collaboratively to provide tailored funding solutions Working in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences, and knowledge to help build the foundations of Judo Then this might just be… Your dream job : Undertake credit assessment and decisioning in support of Judo’s business lending Provide credit risk coaching and upskilling of Director Relationships and Analysts Proactive risk management, including identification of early warning indicators and formulation of strategies to mitigate and manage deteriorated credit profiles Maintain a deep interest in the broader economic environment and how these factors impact businesses Contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of Judo’s proposition – including policies, processes, and systems Desired Skills and Experience A little bit about you… Your experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit decisioning of business lending transactions (some asset finance decisioning experience also favourably considered though not mandatory). Previous experience in a relationship role (i.e., Analyst or Relationship Manager / Director). An ability to think independently about the finance needs of businesses and structure them in a common‑sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
