We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to be the operational backbone and first point of contact for our team members and leaders. This role is integral to ensuring a positive and compliant employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management – Overseeing the seamless onboarding process for new hires; processing internal movements and generating essential documents and contracts; maintaining integrity and accuracy of all HR records and data across HR systems. Advisory & Operational Support – Serving as the first point of contact, providing timely and accurate advice on HR policies, processes, and systems; acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance and consistency; managing day‑to‑day Employee Relations (ER) cases, including matters such as abandonment of employment and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Systems, Projects & Reporting – Proficiently navigating HRIS platforms (experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded) and ticketing systems; generating insightful reports to inform strategic decision‑making and contributing to workforce planning activities; supporting key projects. Ideal Candidate Highly collaborative, service‑focused, and has a track record of building effective relationships. Proven functional and/or generalist People & Culture experience. Solid experience in managing ER cases and achieving effective outcomes. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (like SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems is a must. Strong ability to interpret and apply HR policies and employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Proactive, accountable, and adaptable personality style.
