Operations Director

Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.·
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth.·
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.Project Management:·
Oversee the end-to-end workflow of media plans, from receipt of brief to post-campaign reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.·
Coordinate with the Client Services Team to understand client requirements and priorities and manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.Performance Monitoring:·
Monitor team performance metrics, project KPIs, and campaign outcomes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.·
Implement strategies to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in delivering media plans.Client Communication:·
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project status, performance updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise.·
Collaborate with the Client Services Team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.Process Improvement:·
Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.·
Identify opportunities for automation, technology integration, and best practices implementation to drive operational excellenceKey responsibilities:·
Manage daily operational aspects of dozens of projects while working with a team of Digital Media specialists and Client Service leads·
Contribute to relevant WIPs/check ins before Client meetings·
Assist with the creation and execution of project plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements·
Identify resources needed to complete individual tasks in conjunction with other key members of teams.·
Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, new tools/technology, etc.Key skills:·

Strong understanding of Paid Search, Paid Media, Programmatic delivery & traffic metrics.·
Understanding of SEO and Web development·
