Logistics Allocations Administrator

An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Logistic Allocations Administrator within an established family owned, business based in Seaford Victoria. Endeavour Bulk Haulage manages a fleet of 10 fuel trucks and manages the use of hired carriers. This full-time role reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for the collating & processing of delivery documents, data entry of delivery scheduling & order information, liaising with our customers regarding deliveries and orders. Responsibilities Customer interaction – answering phone and taking delivery orders. Liaising with internal and external customers to accomplish efficient schedules and meet product demands. Be an all-rounder for administrative support. Assist in planning and allocating pickup and delivery tasks to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed in accordance with customer and legislative requirement. Qualifications Strong organisational ability Strong focus on compliance processes and safety. High level attention to detail. Problem solving Ability to respond efficiently to changes while meeting deadlines. Self-Motivated. Ability to work in a small team & autonomously. Excellent communication and customer service skills Excellent MS Office knowledge with exposure to transport scheduling systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
