If so, Wizard Pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for you About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Wizard Pharmacy franchise partners by providing strategic advice, data‑driven insights, and operational guidance. Your expertise will help franchisees optimise their business, ensure brand compliance, and enhance their positioning as leading community pharmacies. This role is perfect for a business‑savvy individual with experience in retail, business development, or multi‑site management—pharmacy knowledge is a plus, but not essential What You Will Do: Provide Strategic Business Support – Work closely with franchise partners to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth. Drive Franchisee Satisfaction & Engagement – Build strong relationships, deliver development workshops, and enhance the overall franchise experience. Ensure Brand Compliance – Conduct audits, support onboarding, and uphold Wizard Pharmacy’s high standards. Analyse & Report Key Business Metrics – Use data to generate insights and guide strategic decision‑making. Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless franchise support model. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in business development, retail management, or a related field. Strong commercial and financial acumen – experience in analysing P&L statements and key metrics. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). Pharmacy‑related qualifications would be advantageous but not essential. Impactful Role – Make a difference by driving franchisee success and business growth.
