Lead by example, inspiring and guiding a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education. Introduce new and creative teaching methodologies, keeping the learning environment fresh, engaging, and in line with best practices. Qualifications Working towards or hold a minimum of a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent). Valid WWCC/Blue Card. Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain). Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards. Genuine motivation & passion for the Early Childhood sector. Knowledge of EYLF, and the NQF.
