About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 3PL Manager to oversee our warehouse and transport operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery of all 3PL services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and the ability to manage staff, clients, and compliance requirements in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day office administration Contribute to office service planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives Implement & maintain office policies & procedures Oversee office records, inventory accuracy, stock movement, and workflow planning Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), NHVR, and other company policies Coordinate documentation for 3PL teams, including warehousing, transport, and distribution Liaise with clients & stakeholders regarding service expectations, reporting, and issue resolution Lead and supervise operational teams, including assigning work to staff, rostering, performance management, and training Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency Oversee digital record‑keeping and document control Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 3PL, warehouse, or logistics management role Strong understanding of supply chain operations and compliance requirements Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a high‑volume environment Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skills Experience with logistics/warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS) Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
