We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Global Customer & Export Assistant to support our International Sales Manager, who brings over 20 years of global experience. This role begins with structured administrative work, customer communication, export paperwork, and shipment coordination, with clear opportunities to grow as your capability develops. Experience is welcome, but your accuracy, attitude, communication, and willingness to learn matter most. Key Responsibilities Prepare export documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, etc.) Liaise with relevant government authorities, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping providers Assist the International Sales Manager with global customer communication Track shipments and keep customers updated Support quotations, ERP updates, and general sales administration Help prepare for international trade shows; travel may be required Learn export processes, compliance, communication, and global timelines What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Clear communicator Organised, reliable, proactive Comfortable working across cultures and time zones Multilingual skills are a strong advantage Admin/logistics experience helpful but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn International travel may be required.
