This hands‑on, visible leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys being connected to staff, residents, and families while driving strategy and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide strong clinical leadership and mentorship to RNs, ENs and care teams Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Oversee care planning, assessments, documentation and resident outcomes Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and staff development Build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health teams Prepare for accreditation and ensure ongoing quality and safety practices Manage clinical governance, risk management and incident review processes Foster a warm, respectful and resident‑focused culture What We're Looking For AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential) Previous experience in a DON / Facility Manager / Clinical Manager role in aged care Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance A hands‑on leader who is approachable, proactive and passionate about resident care Someone open to relocating and excited about regional community living Ready for Your Next Chapter?
