Sales and Administration – Print & Embroidery Shop Location: The Colour Cartel – Epping, Victoria Job Type: Full-time About Us The Colour Cartel is on the path to becoming the #1 custom apparel option in Australia. We specialise in the core textile print methods - screen print, digital print, and embroidery. We’re known for our quick turnaround, seamless online ordering, and elite quality products. We’re looking to add a team member to our Sales and Admin team, providing support for the 7x staff already in the office. You would take responsibility for the front-end workflow - managing enquiries, coordinating orders/stock, assisting with sales, and ensuring admin tasks run smoothly from first contact through to production. Put simply, we can teach the print-specific systems you’ll need to know. Our processes are already well-established, easy to follow, and fully supported by the team. What we need in a Sales & Admin team member is someone who communicates clearly, stays organised under time pressures, and takes initiative. Someone who can support customers warmly, keep the team informed, and help drive sales - not just through tasks, but through genuine customer care, strong organisation, and proactive problem-solving. About the Role As a Sales & Admin Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our customer experience and internal operations. Your main focus will be managing customer enquiries, processing orders accurately, assisting the sales team in growing client accounts, and keeping our office and admin systems running smoothly. You’ll liaise between clients, the production team, and suppliers, ensuring everyone has what they need to keep jobs on track. This role requires a balance of customer service, organisation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In short, you’ll help our team deliver seamless service from first enquiry to final delivery, making sure our customers feel supported, and our processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner. Process orders accurately, ensuring all client requirements, artwork, and size/quantity details are correct. Assist the sales team with client follow-ups and quotes. Maintain and update customer records, order tracking, and office systems. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Help prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency. What We’re Looking For Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail. Enjoys helping people and delivering excellent customer service. Confident in communicating with clients, suppliers, and team members. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once. Takes initiative and solves problems independently when needed. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Committed to supporting sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations. Why Join Us? Be part of a fast-growing company with a dynamic and supportive team. Work in a supportive, close-knit team where your contributions really matter. Opportunities to learn new skills in sales, administration, and print production. Gain experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with room for growth. Enjoy a positive workplace culture that values initiative, creativity, and collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
