The Position We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented QA Document Controller to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily QA activities, maintaining controlled documents, and ensuring compliance with TGA and APVMA requirements and company quality systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain controlled documents (SOPs, forms, templates, policies). Coordinate document issuance, revision, approval and archival in alignment with GDocP. Conduct Good Documentation Practice (GDP) checks across QA and operational records. Receive raw materials and QC samples in accordance with quality standards and internal procedures. File, archive, and maintain QA records in compliance with GDocP requirements. Organise paperwork flow to ensure timely distribution, processing, and record completion. Provide administrative support to the QA team including scheduling, data entry, and record management. Awareness or experience using Paradigm 3 electronic quality system is highly desirable. This position will be full time, permanent and based primarily at the Werribee site, though flexibility in working between the Victorian sites will be required. Previous experience in a GMP, GLP, or quality-controlled environment (pharma, veterinary, or related field) preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with electronic document management systems advantageous. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
